Ultrasound-based aesthetic and therapeutic medical device specialist Newpong used its KIMES 2026 participation to present the clinical utility of its ultrasound devices and outline the company's direction for improving procedural precision.

At the exhibition, Newpong centered its hospital-grade lineup on two devices: the curved HIFU system, Lincurve Pro, and the ultrasonic fat-dissolution device, LSSA, with on-site discussions focused on real-world clinical applicability and procedural efficiency.

Lincurve Pro applies the patented Concave Technology to deliver ultrasound energy in conformance with the curved surface of the skin, improving energy uniformity and procedural precision relative to conventional flat-cartridge systems. By reducing depth variance across treatment sites, the device enables more consistent procedural outcomes, a characteristic that drew notable attention from clinicians at the exhibition.

LSSA, equipped with an ultra-thin 0.9 mm-diameter probe, is designed to enable selective fat dissolution in both facial and body treatment areas. Its precise energy control allows for fine segmentation of the treatment zone, and its clinical application continues to expand across aesthetic and surgical use cases.

Given KIMES's identity as a medical device and hospital equipment exhibition, Newpong reinforced its on-site messaging around clinical applicability and operational efficiency, not only technical specifications. Consultations at the booth centered on dermatology and plastic surgery practitioners, with detailed discussions covering device adoption, treatment protocols, and maintenance requirements.

Alongside its clinical lineup, Newpong presented the home HIFU device Lincurve, demonstrating how ultrasound technology validated in hospital settings can be extended into the consumer environment. Lincurve shares the same cartridge architecture as Lincurve Pro and is built on the energy delivery mechanism established through clinical use.

The exhibition also served as a platform for advancing international distributor relationships. Newpong held individual consultations with partners across key Asian markets, including Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, and Hong Kong, to discuss device deployment and distribution strategy suited to each country's medical environment, laying further groundwork for regional market expansion.

"The competitive strength of an ultrasound medical device lies in how energy is delivered and how that delivery is realized in actual clinical practice," said a Newpong representative. "We will continue developing technology in a direction that secures both procedural precision and safety simultaneously."

Newpong plans to continue expanding the clinical application range of its ultrasound-based medical devices, strengthening its position as an integrated medical device company spanning aesthetics and therapy.
